MotorhomeHelp (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at https://www.motorhomehelp.com (the “Service”). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this Service.

4. Google Analytics
When you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). GA4 collects anonymised information about how you use the Service (pages visited, time on page, device type).
We have configured GA4 with the following privacy settings:
- IP anonymisation is enabled (
anonymize_ip: true). - Google Consent Mode v2 is implemented — GA4 only fires after you accept analytics cookies.
- Ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalisation are permanently denied.
- Data retention in GA4 is set to 14 months.

5. Authentication (Manus OAuth)
Sign-in is handled by Manus OAuth. When you sign in, Manus provides us with your name and email address. We do not receive your password. Manus’s own privacy policy governs the authentication process.
6. How we share your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Google (Analytics): anonymised usage data, only if you consent — see Section 4.
- Manus (hosting & authentication): our infrastructure and OAuth provider.
- Legal requirement: if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
7. International transfers
Our primary servers are located within the EU/EEA. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA (for example, to Google in the US), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK ICO or the European Commission.

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

9. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted HTTPS connections, JWT-signed session tokens, and access controls on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take our obligations seriously.
10. Children
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
