We have configured GA4 with the following privacy settings:

Google may transfer data to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data safeguards.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Google (Analytics): anonymised usage data, only if you consent — see Section 4.
  • Manus (hosting & authentication): our infrastructure and OAuth provider.
  • Legal requirement: if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

7. International transfers

Our primary servers are located within the EU/EEA. Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA (for example, to Google in the US), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK ICO or the European Commission.

9. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted HTTPS connections, JWT-signed session tokens, and access controls on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take our obligations seriously.
